Our approach to roofs
Inspection standards don’t require an inspector to walk a roof, and many don’t. We do, whenever it is safe, because close inspection finds what a glance from a ladder misses: lifted shingles, cracked boots, failing sealant, soft decking. When walking isn’t safe, the drone gives us the same close look from the air.
What the photos show
- Shingle condition, granule loss, patching and mismatched repairs.
- Flashing at chimneys, walls, skylights and vents.
- Gutters, downspouts and how water leaves the roof.
- Chimney crowns and caps that can only be seen from above.
Drone roof inspection is included at no extra cost with every home and commercial inspection. The photos go into your report alongside our findings.
