A lead inspection identifies where lead paint is present and whether it is deteriorating. Dust-wipe sampling checks floors and window sills, where children are most exposed. Results come from an accredited laboratory with our plain-language explanation of what to do: stabilize, encapsulate or, in some cases, remove.
For rental owners
New Jersey requires periodic lead-safe certification for most rental units built before 1978. Depending on the municipality, the inspection is either a visual assessment or a dust-wipe test. We provide both, issue the lead-safe certificate when the unit passes, and explain what to correct when it doesn’t.

Water lines too
